I would just bake the mushrooms for awhile before adding the stuffing and broiling. The mushroom itself wasn't done enough, but the filling was very good. YUM!

served this recipe at a recent party and before i knew it, there weren't any left. they went very quick and were super easy to make!

Tastes so good and easy to make. The broiling didn't work so well, so I'm tweaking how long I should bake them.
