This recipe was perfect. The brownie was dense and fudgey, and the cheesecake was creamy and delicious. I found that the baking times recommended were just right for my oven. We spread chocolate around the edge and coated with mini chocolate chips. We decorated the top with a chocolate basketweave pattern and halved cherries around the edges. SO DELICIOUS! Everyone was impressed at the family-get-together.

Amazing cheesecake!!! I cooked the brownie for 20 minutes and next time I will cook it for 23 mins. I then poured the cheesecake around the edges of the brownie so not to collapse it. Then I cooked the whole thing in a water bath, up half way, for an hour. After it cooled I piped a design on top with chocolate. It was so good, very rich, and everyone LOVED it. You have got to try it!!!

OMG i cant wait to try this out! would probably bake browine little longer and add in BIG choco chunks to brownie layer. the cheesecake part looks unbelieveable but try adding about a tsp of oraneg or lemon zest( coffee would be fun to in the brownie layer!) bake in a water bath to ensure good quality, and garnish with a fresh strawberry sauce(strawberries, half and half, bit of brown sugar) ENJOY!!!
