My family really liked this cheese cake. I couldn't really taste the white chocolate it just tasted like regular cheese cake. Next time I will add more chocolate.

This is one of the best cheesecakes I have had. I have made other recipes and this one is the best. It is one of the most requested deserts from my friends and co-workers. The only draw back, I am finding harder and harder to find the white chocolate squares.

This was a very easy recipe to follow. I made it for Christmas and everyone loved it. It is very rich so it is a great dessert for a special occasion. I will definetley make it again.

This was an excellent cheesecake. I'll definitely be making it in the future. I really like the different crust. Graham cracker crusts get boring!

I made this cheesecake for a Bridal Shower! It was so easy to make and my guest were asking for the recipe. I did have some shortbread cookie dough in the freezer that I used for the crust. The next time I make this I plan to add some macadamine nuts to the crust. This is SUPERB and a must to make!

This recipe was awesome! I made it and it turned out wonderfully! I really dig the shortbread crust, which is a nice change from the usual graham cracker one...the only thing I did differently was to add, right before baking, several spoonfuls of semi-melted raspberry preserves (seedless) and swirl them around a little in the batter. It was absolutely delicious and my whole family loved, loved, LOVED it. Definitely will make again sometime.

The directions were somewhat complicated for me to read, but that couldn't been because I was nervous about making it. I made it for my boyfriend and he loved it! I would definitely make this again.
