It was sucha hit with my family. It wasnt too sweet with the white chocolate but it was just a hint of it to make it delicious!Now I have to make it at all family functions.lol

in addition - don't beat this as you would a cake. Soften the cream cheese well, and use the lowest speed on the mixer. you don't want air in the batter!

Whoever used the nine inch "cheesecake" pan, you have to use a springform pan so that would explain the overflowing and as for the cracking you must have left it in too long. I personally loved this recipe and will make it again.

I used a 9 inch cheesecake pan and it overflowed, cracking the top and making it ugly!! The cheesecake itself was expensive to make and wasn't as white chocolately as I would have liked or thought. Overall there are better cheesecake recipes which are easier and less expensive to make.

This is without a doubt the best cheesecake I have ever eaten. It does take some time to prepare but it is well worth it. I highly recommend this recipe!

I made this cake for Easter and everyone loved even those who aren't too found of chocolate. I served it with a mixed berry sauce. I also increased the size by half as I was cooking for a crowd.

THIS IS THE VERY FIRST HOMEMADE CHEESECAKE THAT I HAVE MADE. IT TASTED GREAT! NICE AND THICK AND RICH! HAD NO PEICES LEFT AT EASTER. I WILL BE MAKING THIS RECIPE AGAIN. NEXT TIME I'M GOING TO TRY CHOCOLATE. YUMMY! DO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TIME WITH THIS RECIPE. THIS ISN'T A QUICK DESSERT! THANKS KRAFT!
