What You Need

cup HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs

1/3

cup packed brown sugar

1/4

cup butter, melted

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

cup granulated sugar

Tbsp. flour

tsp. vanilla

eggs

tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice each from 1 lemon, lime and orange

Make It

HEAT oven to 325°F.

MIX graham crumbs, brown sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 min.

BEAT cream cheese, granulated sugar, flour and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients; pour over crust.

BAKE 1 hour 5 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.

Prepare as directed, increasing the graham crumbs to 1-1/2 cups and the butter to 1/3 cup, and decreasing the final cheesecake bake time to 40 min. or until center is almost set.

Lighten this a bit if you have sugar problems. Use artificial sweetener and the lower fat cream cheese. It keeps the same luscious flavor and you don't feel quite so guilty!

This is a wonderful recipe! I like to add a little green food coloring to make it look more citrus-like, too!

This is one of the best cheese cakes I have every made. Everyone loved it. It is great plain, but it is also good with strawberries on top.

It was awesome. My only problem was that it cracked down the middle. I think it was because I stirred it too much.

I read on one of the comments that someone had a slightly dryer cheesecake and it cracked on top. I either read this tip on this site or somewhere else....if you put a shallow pan of water on the rack below the cheese cake it will help with the cheesecake not cracking. I do this when I make mine and I don't generally have a problem.

The combination of lemon, lime & orange makes this a very YUMMY dessert! Even my 6 year old loves it!! Have made it many times to rave reviews!
