I always double the filling and put it into a springform pan with an oreo crust then I shave white chocolate on top. It's ALWAYS a HUGE hit! I'm asked for the recipe all the time. For the crust crush 2 1/4 cups oreos and mix with 6 Tbsp. melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.

I made this cheesecake as a dessert for a Christmas dinner. Everyone loved it. I used the low-fat Philadelphia cream cheese and it came out fine.

This is one cheesecake you can never get enough of. I used cherry pie filling instead of raspberry. So many people loved this cheesecake that so many people offered to pay me good money to make it for them!
