I made this recipe for Christmas dinner and it was a hit, even with my 13 year old grandson who is a very picky eater. I will definitely make it again.

I used fresh broccoli and brought it to Thanksgiving dinner - much better than a string bean dish! Next time I'll use more broccoli - there was too much cheese sauce.

Easy and so good. We thought it needed a little salt. Also, to save calories we left out 1/2 the cheese.

I had this side dish over the holidays. The cook used sharp cheddar instead of monterey jack and everyone loved this casserole! I plan to make it soon.

I had a hard time getting the sauce to thicken. Everything tasted great and I would make it again!

I used 1/2 the amount of Broccoli and 2 cans of corn. Everyone went back for seconds.
