Didn't have much coconut taste. I even added coconut to the recipe just because my family likes it and still not much coconut taste.

So easy! Baked cheesecakes tend to be dry and crumbly, but this one was so moist and creamy. I took it to a family reunion, and it was the first thing to go!

great!!!! the only change i made was substitute 1 of the cream cheese for fat free it made it that much more better to eat... plus you could not tell the difference... also i added the shredded coconut to the actual cheesecake batter... ommiting the whipped topping just because i dont care for the stuff.... definately be making this again very soon...

I have made this cheesecake twice now, but I added my own love of chocolate to it. I used everything they say, but used an oreo cookie crust instead of graham gracker, and added mini chocolate chips! YUM!

I couldn't find cream of coconut so I decide to mix in a little coconut, coconut cream pudding, coconut milk and coconut milk. It turned out really well. Then just yesterday I ironically found it, it is in the alcohol lane of the grocery store and mine was sort of hidden in a corner, it is in a can, Coco Casa cream of coconut there it was. It is used for pina colada beverages.

I couldn't find cream of coconut, so I used coconut milk (I let it sit & used the top portion of the can). It tasted like a regular chessecake, not enough coconut flavour. I love coconut cheesecake, so I'll try it again using the coconut milk & coconut pudding.
