This cheesecake was a little on the bitter side & not very sweet. IF I were to make it again, I would increase the sugar a little. The crust was wonderful & I will use that part of the recipe again.

I made this recipe for a Choral reception and it went over fabuliously. I could have gotten married 3 more time if I had not already been married. It was easy to prepare and delicious to eat. If you like cheesecake and coffee this one is a winner. Jo's kitchen

I love coffee and also making esspresso, cappuccino, latte's, etc. It went well with a fresh hot cappuccino

i used a homemade grahmcraker crust, with honey drizzeled on it before baking, then used raspberry yogart instead of sour cream, also used 2 tbl french vanilla instant cappuccino mix instead of coffee (not dissolved). i made it for a dinner party, and now im being paid to make them!

I made a few changes the 2nd time around, cut down on the cinnamon and for coffee I added a French Vanilla nut coffee diluted in a little water. This made it a true cappacino flavored cake.
