I made the fruit n Juice Squares for my family's Sunday Dinner. They turned out just perfect. The whole family loved them. I am sure I will continue to serve them often.

I found the bottom layer never "set" so I scooped it out and set it on a serving tray for my holiday dessert. Half of the people at Thanksgiving this year were diabetic so I thought I'd try this. It tasted good. Perhaps I never got the cool whip and the jello to blend enough for the bottom layer. I made two pans of it and kept the second pan at home. The pineapple has held up for several days without getting dried out.

I make this for family get-togethers. Everyone enjoys it and I like to try out different flavors of jello like raspberry and even cranberry. The cranberry seems to give it a spritz!

My husband liked this recipe but would like to try it with either smaller pineapple or with fruit cocktail. He said the first taste of it with the chunks of pineapple was over whelming, but that after it had set a day it wasn't as bad.

I used bananas instead of pineapples, and just used more water instead of the pineapple juice. I also poured a thin layer of jello on the bottom to make the three layers. The combination of strawberry jello and bananas were absolutely delicious! Everybody loved it!
