Broccoli Rice Casserole

Broccoli Rice Casserole recipe
Rumor has it this broccoli casserole is always the first to disappear at a party. We think it has something to do with cheesy rice and a crunchy bread topping.

We love this recipe!! I always make it for holidays and get-togethers. I substitute crumbled ritz crackers in place of the bread pieces, its much better that way. Everyone always loves it!! This recipe even won me "Best Side Dish" at our neighborhood Christmas party last year!! lol Thanks Kraft!!

This was wonderful! We used Velveta instead of Cheese Whiz and left out the bread cubes. I will definitely be making this again.

Its a good starting off point. I think the next time I make it I will use more broccoli and an entire onion instead of 1/2. Super easy though.

My husband HATES broccoli, but he just loved this dish! I added chopped pieces of cooked chicken before it went into the oven and it was awesome.

My teenagers are very picky when it comes to casseroles, but they absolutely loved this dish.(I left out the onions.) It was so easy to make. I cubed wheat bread for the topping. Plan to make it again with ham leftover from Christmas.

I've made this recipe & added 1 lb of fresh sliced mushrooms (first cooked in margarine & then drained). Delicious!
