Broccoli Rice Casserole

Broccoli Rice Casserole recipe
Rumor has it this broccoli casserole is always the first to disappear at a party. We think it has something to do with cheesy rice and a crunchy bread topping.

This was great and easy to fix, but instead of cream of mushroom soup i used cream of broccoli. And instead of the bread crumbs on top i used Ritz cracker crumbs. My 3 year old loved it!!!!

this was very good, I didn't have cheeze whiz but I had velveeta cheese and I melted that in and I also added some chopped green peppers with the onions when I was frying them. And I put some dried onions bits on top with the breaad crumbs.

This was very easy to make and very good. I added a little more cheese because we like things very cheesy.

I normally make my broccoli rice casserole different, but I must admit, this recipe was pretty good. I like the flavor of the onions added to the recipe. My husband & I enjoyed it!

I've made this for years although slightly different. I don't pre cook the rice. I mix 1 cup of uncooked rice with uncooked broccoli, onions, 4-5 oz. grated cheddar cheese, melted margarine, 1/2 cup of milk and 1 small can of mushrooms (including liquid) along with the mushroom soup. I sprinkle the top with Italian bread crumbs instead of cubes.
