This recipe was very good but I felt it needed something extra so I decided to augment it with celery, mushrooms and cream of mushroom soup. I also substituted linguine for the egg noodles.
I don’t mind leftovers, so I doubled the recipe and used four cans of tuna instead of one. Even with the base recipe, one can of tuna seemed to be kind of skimpy.
