This lasagna is fantastic! It will be great for my vegetarian friends. I used the no-boil lasagna noodles and it came out great without the extra work.
It takes some time to prep but nothing difficult. My family enjoyed it, might add diced chicken next time.
This is one of the only recipes I've tried on this website that is truly awful! No one in my family would eat it, it was absolutely disgusting...waaaaay too much carrot taste. If you're looking for a good meatless lasagna recipe, try the spinach lasagna roll ups on this website! They're sooo delicious...even my 3 year old and 1 year old love it! It's one of their favorites!
I made this lasagna for a pot luck with all my managers and they loved it.
I'm a college student-- made this lasagna! I made it with petite baby carrots instead of shredded carrots. It was absolutely delicious! I would def make it again! My roommate liked it as well!

Because I am a picky eater, I made a couple of changes to this recipe. I omitted mushrooms completely and instead of cottage cheese, I used ricotta cheese. Also, I mixed mozzarella and cheddar cheese together and found that it made a very tasty blend. I absolutely loved this recipe! It turned out to be a lot for just two of us, but because we like it some much we didn’t mind all the leftovers! This is a keeper and so far my favorite recipe from KRAFT.
Very good,however my 8 year thought it was ok. I added extra sharp cheddar,mild,and mozarella cheese.Even my 10 mounth old liked it I could tell by his facial expression.
This was most excellent! A hit with my family.
The family loved it! I made a pan of traditional lasagna and this recipe for our Christmas celebration and more of this one got eaten. I made the recipe exactly as printed, several of the family worked on it together as it is a good recipe for more than one cook in the kitchen. Definitely will make again.
