These were easy and pretty quick, however they weren't my favorite recipe for enchiladas. If I were to make them again I think I would use more cream cheese to make it creamier. My filling was a little dry. Maybe I cooked it in the skillet to long. Like others have said, green chilies would add some more flavor. But they were still good.

Very easy to make and minimal cleanup. This is one of the best enchilada recipes I've had.

I used the green chiles also and added a ton of salsa on top. It was very good. I would make again or even make the mixture and then spoon into the tortilla and eat as a taco.

This recipe turned out pretty good, but I would use less cream cheese next time. There was a little to much sauce for my liking.
