What You Need

small onion, chopped

clove garlic, minced

lb. cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, shredded

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa, divided

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

tsp. ground cumin

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses, divided

flour tortillas (6 inch)

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

COOK and stir onions and garlic in large skillet spayed with cooking spray on medium heat 2 min. Add chicken, 1/4 cup salsa, cream cheese, cilantro and cumin; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese; mix well.

SPOON about 1/3 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining salsa and shredded cheese.

BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until heated through.

Substitute 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, chopped, for the shredded cooked fresh chicken.

Can you say YUM? Easiest and tastiest enchiladas I have made. I also added a little extra cream cheese. I chopped my chicken then cooked it in the garlic and onions then added all. Used smaller tortillas to make more. Loved it!

It was great! I put a little extra cream cheese and salsa. I also added a little enchilada sauce on top. VERY GOOD!

EVERYONE loves this recipe! My neighbors want to come over for Anna's enchilada night every time I make these. I would definitely make these again. I added a little more salsa and cream cheese to the chicken mixture though to have a little more moisture and taste. YUM!
