What You Need

small onion, chopped

clove garlic, minced

lb. cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, shredded

cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, divided

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

tsp. ground cumin

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses, divided

flour tortillas (6 inch)

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

COOK and stir onions and garlic in large skillet spayed with cooking spray on medium heat 2 min. Add chicken, 1/4 cup salsa, cream cheese, cilantro and cumin; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese; mix well.

SPOON about 1/3 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining salsa and shredded cheese.

BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until heated through.

Substitute 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, chopped, for the shredded cooked fresh chicken.

For a spicier flavor, add 1 drained 4-oz. can chopped green chiles to the filling mixture before spooning onto tortillas.

Yum! I added a pseudo-poblano sauce to the top with remaining cream cheese. Just heat cream cheese with some garlic, salsa, milk, sour cream, and cilantro. Awesome addition! (sorry if this posted twice)

In my mixture of ingredients I added rice it was delicious!

Loved it! I followed other commenter's directions and used more salsa than called for. It was easy and delicious and the whole family loved it.

Yummy and quick. Very good flavor with just the right amount of spice for our family. Definite keeper. Can also be made with canned chicken, in apinch,with very good results. Can also use salsa verde for a change up on flavor

I use a corn shell instead of flour as my boyfriend has gluten allergies. This recipe is always a hit every-time and is my absolute favorite!

They tasted really good. I used canned chuck chicken and made fiesta rice with corn and diced tomatoes with chiles. I think that it needs something to make it less dry. I put queso sauce and sourcream on top and that made a huge difference. I will make it again.

I also made this with whole wheat tortillas, rotel and made it once with chicken and once with the ground turkey meat. It was fantastic. I will not go out for enchiladas any longer. Awsome dish!

awesome - made it many times. used the precooked dice chicken for quick, easy and really good recipe. added black beans for additional protein! always goes well
