I followed the recipe exactly and they were a bit dry. I would put some additional salsa inside of the enchiladas to moisten them up some.

Excellent. But you need to double the cheese, cream cheese, and salsa, otherwise it would be too dry. Additionally, for people who don't like onions DO NOT mix it in but serve on the side along with some sour cream. Delicious!

My fiance and I both loved it. I added in half a can of RoTel to make it spicier. Amazing. Will make again and again.

Love it!!! The family loves it!! We just make this and mexican rice with it, because it will fill you up. Also the second time we made it; instead of using chicken we used ground beef and it was still awesome. And the left overs are always still good for lunch the next day.

this is by far my families favorite dinner, they could eat it every night.. great and delicious recipe.. i use my chopper to chop up the chicken. gave this recipe to a couple of friends and they rave about it.. excellent.

Made this for a dinner party tonight and everyone LOVED it! :) My husband asked if I'd save the recipe for his new birthday dinner. I guess he liked it. lol

These are delicious! I used corn instead of flour tortillas (family preference) and the recipe made 16 enchiladas.
