What You Need

small onion, chopped

clove garlic, minced

lb. cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, shredded

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa, divided

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

tsp. ground cumin

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses, divided

flour tortillas (6 inch)

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

COOK and stir onions and garlic in large skillet spayed with cooking spray on medium heat 2 min. Add chicken, 1/4 cup salsa, cream cheese, cilantro and cumin; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese; mix well.

SPOON about 1/3 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining salsa and shredded cheese.

BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until heated through.

Substitute 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, chopped, for the shredded cooked fresh chicken.

I am making this for the second time today - the first time i accidentally left the shredded cheese out of the mixture for the inside...but it was still REALLY good! I remembered it this time, so we'll see which way we like better. I hate to say this, but my daughter (who is 3 and possibly the pickiest eater since me) loved it...i hate to say it cause i feel like i'm jinxing it! keep your fingers crossed for me!

The best enchilada recipe I have found yet! My husband loves it too. He said it is better than what we get at our favorite Mexican restaurant.

To make this extra fast; i use frozen pepper stir fry instead of chopping an onion, canned chicken, and pre minced garlic. I also use extra cheese (cheeiser the better!) and canned red enchilida sauce on top with more cheese.

I skipped out on the cilantro and this recipe still came out great!My husband loves them so it is my new recipe!

My husband and I both liked this dish. I didn't have cilantro or cumin so I used parsley flakes and paprika. My husband wants me to make it when the kids come for a visit.
