The whole family loved it.

It is the best! Be sure to use fresh cilantro! I also used reduced fat cream cheese and whole wheat tortillas to help out with the calories and fat content.

I made these two weeks ago and I can't stop thinking about them! I have to make them again soon! BIG hit with my hubby too.

I've never made chicken enchiladas before and I was a bit scared to make this, but it was so easy. I just substituted the flour tortillas to whole wheat tortillas and used fat free phili cheese. My family loved it. As a matter of fact I'm making it again tomorrow!

I make these enchiladas quite often...my family loves them! I also add a cup of cooked brown rice to the chicken mixture! I've also made this when we had company over and it was a big hit!

These were fantastic! The chicken filling was delicious. We used Fat-free cream cheese, and whole-wheat tortillas and cooked the chicken in a slow cooker with salsa before shredding. Quick, easy, healthy, and flavorful. This will become a stable meal at our house.

This is one of my favorites so far! Loved it so much. I also made mexican cheese dip and put some on top of them... so great with rice and chips & dip.

Loved this! I have made this recipe several times and just did a search for it because I am making it again tomorrow night. Very tasty and easy. I serve it with mexican rice.
