Cannot wait to make this recipe again, it was so delicious with the cream cheese & cumin! So easy to make if you buy a chicken already roasted at the store! Of course we love cheese so I used twice as much as called for, turned out scrumptious! Added some diced green chiles to the mix, YUMMY! Reminded me of a dish at our favorite mexican restaurant, Pollo Fundido is what I think it is called on the menu, even though it is totally different, the taste was right on! Making for my parents this weekend, I think my dad will love it!

The filling is delicious so I use it to make enchiladas with sauce that I make instead of using salsa. When I'm lazy I use the store bought enchilada sauce and that tastes good as well. I also use corn tortillas instead. Way better!!

I didn't use cilantro, I made my own salsa and I used 1/2 the amount of chicken and double onion. It was amazing!

Very tasty. Used whole wheat tortillas instead. Husband REALLY enjoyed this recipe.

I agree with Previous poster in that I thought it was a bit dry so I added the extra cheese and salsa. But what a tasty quick dish!

This is an excellent dish! I ended up adding the whole bar of cream cheese and about 1/4 cup of extra salsa to the skillet because it did look a little dry. It ended up fantastic! Like they said....just like in a restaurant!

I made this to take for a "Mexican night dinner" with my husband's large family. Everyone complimented my dish and loved the flavors. I used Onion-Onion and Garlic-Garlic seasonings and it was deliciously tasteful. I will make it again!
