My family loved this cheesecake! The only thing that I did not do was add the sugar to the crust. It ended up being perfect without it.

Easy to make...and my family loved it! I was worried after reading some of the other reviews..but everyone enjoyed it...not too sweet, but rich:) The topping was my favorite part.

This was a basic cheesecake that was kick up another notch. The whole family loved it. It wasn't too sweet or rich like other chocolate cheesecake. It had just right hint of chocolate to it.

I feel guilty only giving it 3 stars because everyone else gave it five. But I just didn't care for it. It was kind of bitter to me. My brother said he really liked it but only took two bites. Hmmm... maybe it wasn't the recipe that was the problem, but I pretty sure I followed it perfectly. hmmmm... I don't know why I didn't get a 5 star cheesecake like everyone else ;)

I made it for a birthday party. It was all the rave from people who frequent the CheeseCake Factory and from home bakers alike. I loved it too, so gormet. It made my night. Can't wait to make it again. Karen
