Great soup.......easy and fast. I doubled the batch so I would have more to share with family. Yummy for sure!

Very good recipe, but for variation try using California blend, cooked in microwave, and finely chopped with food processor, or hand held processor. Exellent!

My husband realy loves this recipe. I make it 3x a month. My 2 year old loves it and so do I. It's realy good in a sour dough bread bowl. I have never added nutmeg. But salt a pepper.

I substituted one of the cups of milk with chicken broth and added about half a cup of shredded cheddar cheese and a dash of garlic powder. that really gave it some good flavor. overall, we enjoyed it!

I loved it! My husband hates broccoli and he thought it was great. I agree that "something" was missing. I ended up adding a little bit more nutmeg and quite a bit more pepper....I made bread to go with it, and it was so good! My sister is making it tonight to try!

This was nasty!!!! The recipe seems to be missing something. The sauce wasn't very thick and all I could taste was Velveeta cheese and it was very salty.

This soup is great as a meal. It does take awhile to melt the cream cheese. My family loved it!
