Creamy Broccoli Soup

Creamy Broccoli Soup recipe
Delicious, warm and guaranteed to make cold fingers toasty again. This soup is hearty thanks to chopped broccoli and velvety thanks to our combination of cheeses.

Did not make very much. I added an extra cup of milk and a little corn starch to compensate for the extra liquid.

It is fast and takes only a few ingredients. I now keep them on hand so I can make it for my daughter after games. She loves it.

This was soooo good! I used steamed fresh broccoli and threw in a handful of shredded sharp cheese at the end for a little bite and it was better than any I've tasted in a restaurant. Very creamy, very rich, very good.

Delicious!! Made for a family get togetther and everyone loved it. Very creamy. However, I added 1/2 lb. grated Kraft American cheese to a double recipe. Made it cheesier.

I made this recipe for the first time and really liked it. Will likely double the recipe the next time I decide to make it. A different way to use broccoli.

This was easier then I ever thought it would be but I think it needs a little bit more cheese. I think. I did use "Light" cream so that might have altered the consistency of the soup. Taste was good and the family did eat it all up. It was just the right amount for a family of four and that was two teens and two adults.

As I was cooking the soup I didn't think it was creamy enough, but it ended up just right. I also blended everything except the broccoli in my Vita Miixer.
