As I was cooking the soup I didn't think it was creamy enough, but it ended up just right. I also blended everything except the broccoli in my Vita Miixer.

We love this recipe. My husband asks for this every week. We blend up the broccoli and onions to make it smoother.

I used cheddar cheese instead of velveeta and didn't use cream cheese at all. Everyone loved. I'll definately make this one again!

I absolutely love this recipe. I have been using this recipe for well over a year now. I found it very easy to make. Everyone that I have had taste it, winds up loving it too.

I think the recipe in my opinion called for too much cream cheese. It seemed that, that is all I could taste. My Husband liked it and said it would be better as a dip with toast squares. But it was easy to make.

This is really good. I tried it out because my other brocolli-cheese soup receipe requires chicken broth which I don't have at the moment. This one has a different taste due to the creame cheese and not as cheesy but it is also creamier. Great stuff!

Extremely rich and a little too cheesey for me. I tried to add a little more milk to thin it out but that didn't help. The first taste was good after that it was too much.
