I discovered this recipe last year just before Christmas. It has become a family and friend favorite. Everyone loves it and wants the recipe. It's easy and a real winner!

Yummylicious! My entire family loved it, including my 1, 3, and 7 year old. Used reduced fat Velveeta, 1/3 less fat cream cheese, and fresh broccoli to make it a little healthier.

Love it! Surprized Mom with it in her lunch and she said "it was even better than the Bread comapany's" but she is aware of the calories in it so she savored every bite as a treat.

Very Much what i expect of a soup.Also skipped on the nutmeg and it was great. The velveeta gets thicker as it sits though,for those who have never used velveeta, so beware!

pretty easy to make! i didnt add nutmeg nor pepper but added some salt for taste in the end. my mom was iffy since im not a cook but i got 2 thumbs up lol

This soup is as creamy and delicious as any broccoli soup I get at restaurants! I used low fat cream cheese and 2% milk, and it came out perfectly creamy! If you leave out the onions, you can omit the margarine and flour. It's very easy to make, and I'll try this again!

Very easy and yummy. I used fat free cream cheese, 2% Velveeta, skim milk, and olive oil instead of butter to make it healthier. I also added a couple of cups of chicken stock.

Not only easy to make but super delicious. I used a 16 ounce bag of chopped broccoli instead of 10 oz. box - made it a little thicker. I've made it twice now and even my grandchildren love it!

I have looked for a good Creamy Broccoli Soup for years ... I have finally found it!! I did make the following changes ... used 2 Tbsp butter, 2 Tbsp flour, 1 1/2 lbs velveeta, 32 oz chicken broth (add less if you want a thicker soup) and salt & pepper to taste. I will be making this soup regularly ... my whole family loved it!
