Creamy Broccoli Soup

Creamy Broccoli Soup recipe
Delicious, warm and guaranteed to make cold fingers toasty again. This soup is hearty thanks to chopped broccoli and velvety thanks to our combination of cheeses.

I used fresh broccoli and cauliflower and grated cheddar cheese. Absolutely delicious. My entire family loved it.

This recipe was awesome! I love broccoli cheese soup and this was really easy to make! Just one small complaint though, the recipe didn't make very much so I doubled it, but other than that very tasty and easy! I will probably start making this at least once a week! No more Panera for me, I'm doing homemade!

This soup was great!!! But I did add a whole brick of cream cheese instead of 4oz, and didn't have any nutmeg. Turned out great. This will definately be one I make when the weather starts getting colder!!! Maybe add some chicken next time too.

This soup is great! I happen to love cheese so I added a little extra Velveta as well as some shredded sharp cheddar cheese. The ricepe is very easy to make. I would DEFINATELY recomend this to anyone!
