To die for! Yes, it is rich, creamy and cheesy and I love it! My husband declared this the best broccoli cheese soup he's ever had. Is it a soup you should be eating on a daily basis? No. But pared with a salad and some good bread on a cold night, you can't loose.

My family loved this recipe. It is cheesy and creamy. One of the best and easiest broccoli soup recipes I have ever used!

i am a big fan of cream of broccoli soup but this one was not very good at all. maybe with some pimento added it would have more flavor, otherwise it's a no from me

Tastes just like you are eating straight Velvetta... far too much cheese. Perhaps adding less would make it eatable? Had to throw it away.

This was so simple to make! The only thing I did not like was too much nutmeg. Next time I will add less. I also added more milk, as the soup was way too thick once it sat for just a few minutes. I served it with quesadillas. Very easy, quick weeknight meal!

Very quick and easy to make. All ingredients were already on hand. Kids lked it too!

To acevforlife....take out the nutmeg and the cream cheese. Use about a 2"-2 1/2" hank of American cheese instead of Velveeta. Steam the onions and broccoli till tender. Melt the cheese with a bit of the milk then add a can of chicken broth with the rest of the milk. Season to taste. Wunderbar!!!
