I used thicker pork chops so I had to cook them longer. I also used green apples because they are more tart. It was delish!

This was very good. My whole family ate it up and asked for seconds. I made a few slight modifications, though. I seasoned my pork chops, chopped the apples instead of slicing and substituted apple juice for 1/2 of the water. It turned out great!

y family loved this receipe. I broiled the pork chops and boiled the apples with some thyme, cloves , cinnamon and water. It smelled so good and they were so tender.Added them to the stuffing put chops on top with onions.. Yumm ...... Will make this again...

This was pretty good. I would make it again but definitely switch it up a little bit, cooking the pork chops a little differently to retain just a bit more moisture. And add some extra seasoning. So it's not perfect, but we (my boyfriend and I) liked it.

I was very disappointed with the outcome of this recipe. I probably did something wrong - but not sure what happened. The onions burnt as i was cooking the pork chops and so then when i added the stuffing to the the Water and apples, the stuffing came out very dark because i had burnt onions in the pan. i thought it was okay, my kids did not like it. They are all about looks and if the dish doesn't look good they won't enjoy it. I will try it again. maybe it was the pan or i had the heat to hot when i was cooking the onions and pork chops.
