My variation was to remove pork chops to broiler to "crisp up" the chops. Then I boiled the onions w/apple slices before adding the stuffing mix. This REALLY was very good and filling for an added plus for dieting.

I thought this recipe turned out very well and was easy to make. The only thing that I changed was I sprinkled a little brown sugar and cinnamon on the pork chops. I also served it with apple sauce to dip the pork chops in. Yum! This recipe is a keeper.

I prepared the stuffing and put it in my crock pot. Browned the chops and put them on top of the stuffing mix. Cooked on low for 8 hours. FABULOUS!

I made this and it was so easy. I substituted the cornbread Stove Top because that is our favorite. I also seasoned my chops before I cooked them in the oil and it made a big difference. My chops were tender and flavored through. I used a light olive oil and Gala apples in my version of this recipe. I think it is delicious and will make it again for sure. For a quick and tasty dinner this is a winner...

This recipee went over well with my family. It was super-easy and quick to make. I used vadalia onion which seemed to go well with the cooked apples. I would suggest adding a little more water if you like your stuffing moist.

don't slice the apples to thin. very easy to fix and serve. everyone loved it .

I made this in the oven after quickly browning thick center cut pork chops on the stove I put hot water in the bottom of pan, cut up butter for stuffing and put that on the bottom and layed the porkchops on top and layered the apple and onion on that. Covered it and put in the oven for around 45 minutes. My family loved it! Easy to make, flavor is excellent and porkchops are moist.

Very fast to make and quite tasty. This will become a staple in my household. I've also made some adjustments to the recipe that make it even more flavorful. Replace the water with either apple cider or light beer. Both methods produce a delicious meal.
