This is a very good recipe my family enjoyed it very much. It is mouth watering. The chops were very tender and moist.

it was okay....maybe with the apple cubed would work better. My husband liked it a bit, but I won't be making it again.

For extra crunch....try adding water chestnuts (5-6 coarsly chopped) when adding apples and onions. Added a wonderful texture.

Sorry-My Family & I did not care for this recipe. We did not like the onion/apple combination, and the porkchops get dried out when you pan fry them long enough to cook through. 'A' for effort because the recipe was quick & easy-but...I wouldn't make it again.

My husband doesn't care for boxed stuffing but he told me to keep this recipe handy because it was delicious! Easy to make and perfect for a cold and rainy evening.
