Love this soup! I added ham, substituted chicken stock for 3/4 cup of the milk and topped each bowl with a few croutons. Very tasty!

It was very good i think i might have used to much pepper though and the broccoli peices seemed a little large for it to be a soup. I might try fresh broccoli next time and cut it up into a smaller size.

I LOVE this soup! I've tried adding different things to it, and have had great success with all sorts of variations. I usually add a pound of imitation crab, and either a pound of browned maple breakfast sausage or a half pound of bacon. It takes awhile on the stovetop, but is always worth it.

This soup was so easy to make! I used fresh broccoli and steamed it beforehand. Our whole family LOVED it! I will definately be making this again.

This soup had all the flavors I expected out of a Broccoli Soup. It was easy to make and surprisingly filling. It's so good I don't even need an entree to go with it, just some bread and viola, dinner!

I made this soup for a superbowl party. I doubled the recipe and added extra milk to thin it a bit. Everyone loved it!! Delicious with french bread.

There's a better recipe out there that asks that you add "cream cheese" into it. That's the only ingredient missing from this recipe. The cream cheese makes it so much more creamier .... definitely suggest the other one.
