AMAZING!!!! Don't pay any attention to those who thought it was too cheesy. Those who love cheese and broccoli will love this recipe. You don't have to change a thing!!

After reading another review, I decided to vary the recipe I doubled all the ingriedients except the cheese...It turned out GREAT!!! My 2 yr. old even ate it!

I won't make this one again. It was too cheesy. It seemed more nacho cheese dip with some brocoli tossed in it. Maybe it would have been better using real cheese rather than Velveeta or perhaps less Velveeta.

This is the best broccoli cheese soup I have ever made. It is so easy and reheats very well.

I make this soup often and my husband and I really enjoy it on a cold winter evening. I usually double it and the leftovers are just as good reheated.

Try adding some potatoes,bacon and fresh ground pepper. My family loves this!!!!

good, but very rich and cheezy. I added some sliced ham and a little salt to taste. Overall it was good might try putting some cream cheese in it. May take some of the richness out of it.
