It wasn't as good as I hoped it would be.

The second time, I added diced onion, pepper, and a touch of garlic powder. It was great. Also doubled the amount of velveeta cheese. Ground carrot adds a terrific color and flavor.

I thought this was too cheesy, but my husband who really likes cheese thought is was great. I might make it a little differently if I make it again.

I used 2 pounds of Velveeta, 16 ounces of frozen broccoli, and 14 ounces of chopped spinach. I added a little extra milk to thin it out a bit. Seasoned with a hint of garlic and black pepper. The kids wanted seconds!!!

We really didn't care for the recipe. I think it's because the velveeta flavor is overpowering. We prefer a natural cheese flavor and the processed stuff is too strong for us. Also, unless you don't mind crisp veggies in your soup, do as many other people have suggested and steam the brocolli for a little while before adding it. It comes out a bit crispy otherwise. It was really easy to prepare though!

I've made this recipe at least a dozen times and I switch the ingredients every time, all with really good results. I've used left over chopped chicken, brocolli, cauliflower, and carrots, just cauliflower and the low fat version. I've also been really indulgent and substituted a bit of half and half for the milk. YUM!

I just made this delicious soup today for a group of guys working on my house and got rave reviews! They really liked how creamy it is. I didn't use quite as much cheese as the recipe called for and it was just right. I also added some cauliflower in with the broccoli. This will definitely become a family favorite!!

I made this & it was the best I have ever had. I had friends over & they thought it was the best they had eaten too. Grand daughter made it too, & they all loved it too. We will be having this a lot.

I found tht as I was cooking it, it was either cheese or broccoli, so I blended 1/2 of the broccoli for 30 seconds. It was perfect!
