Omit wine. Increase milk to 1-1/3 cups.
Use Your Microwave
Decrease milk to 1/2 cup and wine to 1/4 cup. Place celery and butter in 2-quart microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until celery is crisp-tender. Add milk; microwave 3 min., stirring after 2 min. Stir in cream cheese; microwave 4 to 6 min. or until cream cheese is melted, stirring every 2 min. Stir in VELVEETA, shrimp and wine; microwave 2 to 3 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with dill weed.
