Creamy Two-Layer Pumpkin Pie recipe
Super cool. Super whipped. The secret to this airy, layered take on a classic fall dessert is the delectable, creamy combo of cream cheese and Cool Whip.

I have been making this pie for 8 years every thanksgiving and it is always a favorite! I don't even eat regular pumpkin pie anymore. This one is YUM!

This is the most awesome layered pumpkin pie.

The whole family loved it! Next time I would let it set longer than I did though, because it didn't stay together very well just setting overnight.

I used 1 pkg. of French Vanilla pudding and 1 pkg. of Cheesecake pudding. Very good. At Thanksgiving, even people who swore they hated pumpkin pie ate it and loved it. It was fabulous and so easy.

I made two of these pies for thanksgiving and everyone loved it from the kids to the picky eaters. I made two changes to the recipe I only added 1 and a half packages of jell-o I thought the jell-o flavor was a little to strong. I also only added half the milk I didn’t want it to be too runny. I’m sure the pie would have tasted just as good the original way. I would recommend anyone to make this pie it was very easy to make and very inexpensive.

Was delicious, very very rich, and hard to eat on thanksgiving. The next day it was even better.

I might give this one another try, but, it didn't set for me. Following this recipe, I had to divide it into 2 crusts! There was so much filling, and it may not have set because I used fresh mashed pumpkin rather than canned (to keep in line with the healthy recipe). It was otherwise pretty good.

I took suggestions from here (subbed pumpkin pie spice, refrigerated before adding second layer). It was excellent - went over well at thanksgiving.
