I love this recipe that I have made a number of times. It is a wonderful alternative to traditional pumpkin pie. It is delicious and one ever guesses that it is low fat.

I have never liked pumpkin pie, but quite a few years ago I found this recipe and this I love. It has become a favorite. Afew years ago I lost the recipe and couldn't make it for Thanksgiving, my siblings infomed me that I would not be welcome for Christmas if I didn't bring any pie. That was when I first found this website, and Christimas was saved. Now I make it every year for both holidays. And it helps to make sure that all the sibling so up, because if they don't they know they will get no pie.
This recipe or its variation appeared in magazines several years ago when my children were smaller and didn't like pumpkin pie. I have made it for as long as I can remember. It truly is a wonderful pie, but I have lost the original recipe and would truly love to have it. Any chance? Thank you Pat C.
This is so yummy and a nice alternative to a regular pumpkin. It is also kid friendly. It is so mild and sweet that it is perfect for everyone...and you can make it very very low sugar but using s/f products and nutrasweet spoonful instead of sugar.
