If you like cheese fondue, you'll love this soup. it warms you from the inside out, and it's filling enough to be a great dinner served with a salad. I like to add some shredded cheese in addition to the velveeta to give it more depth
I have been looking for this exact recipe for years. It came out just like I remembered. Superb, I could eat this everyday. Serve with dark rye bread or really hearty wheat. Yum!
we are trying to duplicate a recipe we have had and this one was too heavy with onions make a few adjustments and it may work. we'll try again
