This stuff is fantastic! A friend brought me some and gave me this website to get the recipe! He is a God Sent... They are so easy!

I messed up on the directions & it still turned out great! I used premelted chocolate packets, mixed by hand. I love the soft, pliable texture. I hid the recipe from my hubby so he wouldn't see it contained Velveeta!

I made this fudge when I was in school in 1992. It was the best and I finally found the recipe here!!! I made it for Thanksgiving and everyone liked it! I am making it again for Christmas. I will make it anytime my sweet tooth kicks in or when the kids ask for it because it is soooo easy!!!

This was the best fudge I have ever had! I used chopped peanuts and pecans instead of just pecans, and it was wonderful. Licking the beaters was the best part. My family was hesitant to try it when I told them it had a lb. of Velveeta in it, but they absolutely loved it!

I have made this recipe for a few years now at the holidays. My family and friends love it and know that this is one of my home-made gifts they get. The only advise I can give is to pat the top of the fudge with paper towels, as this is a very oily recipe. Also if intoducing this recipe to people do not tell them it has cheese in it...Most people get grossed out...at least until they taste it...Then it will be LOVED!!!!!

I had problems with melting the chocolate, butter and cheese in the microwave. it didn't really melt in 3 mins. and eventually it seized up on me, but I mixed it into the sugar anyway and it seperated on me! I didn't want to count it a total loss, so I microwaved it again for a few minutes and lots of mixing, and it was fine. In fact, it was a hit, and very tasty. I'd make it again, but next time I think I'd melt the ingredients over a double boiler.

I have been searching for this recipe in my files for years, and finally thought to look online and I found it. It is not the exact recipe I remember from about 1975 or 1976, because there was no corn syrup and the chocolate was powdered (dry). However, it does taste the same, delicious! Whenever I told someone it was made with Velveeta they did not believe me.

I have never made fudge before in my life. This is extremely easy and you will not believe how creamy it is. I made some with and without the pecans. Superb! I would highly recommend this recipe.
