For Years I told people about this wonderful tasting cheese fudge I bought in Oregon. WOW! Now I can make it, my grandkids think it is wonderful.
My don't set up. Teresa316
I heard about this on a episode of Unwrapped on the Food Channel and can't wait to try it with my daughter. Velveeta is her favorite food, so I'm sure this will be a real winner for us!
I have won over my new co-workers after bringing in the fudge. They thought I was crazy fudge with velveeta. Now they know and all have the recipe.
This is a very good recipe for people who like to make holiday cookies and candy early. What I noticed about this fudge is that it doesn't dry out as quickly as the others do. And my family and friends love it!
I used to make Fantasy Fudge every year for the holidays.. but once I tried this recipe at a party..and its been the only fudge I make..and the only fudge my family will eat..I have passed this one on to everyone I know.. and have heard nothing but rave reviews from it..
My mom said she had found a new way to make fudge. When she told me that she used velveeta, I thought she was nuts. All it took was one bite and I was hooked.
I had been using the same fudge recipe for 40 years and thought it was the best fudge ever; then I tried this one. Smooth, creamy, and absolutely perfect. Even my mother-in-law loved it. The only thing I would change is that it's more 'milky' chocolate than 'fudgy' chocolate. I haven't figured out what to do to make it fudgier. Then I will actually have two best fudge for milky, one for fugdy.
This is the creamyest fudge I have ever made and it is very simple. I plan to make a lot of this for Christmas gifts everyone will be surprized when they hear the ingredents.
People don't believe this is a real recipe, if I mention Velveeta Fudge. I just bring it in to work and have people guess whats in it. Everyone is always surprised. I have had this recipe since 1988 or l989.
