This recipe is very easy to make, but there are a few problems. First of all, when the directions say to put the mixture in the refridgerator for about 15 to 20 minutes, it doesn't work. When I checked on it after 20 minutes, the mixture was partly thickened on the top creamy part. After 30 minutes, the bottom was getting a little settled. After 40 minutes, the bottom liquid got slightly thicker. I poured the mixture into the crust and the crust was not large enough to hold all of the lime mixture, so I put the extra in custard cups. I noticed the mixture was a bit lumpy on the surface. When the pie was finally done, I cut it open just to find that the texture was just like Jello! When I ate it, the flavor was right, but the texture was very weird and gelatin like. Overall, the flavor was right, but the texture, and the preperation were not as good as I expected. I would not make this next time.
