I had to make some changes since I didn't have celery or sour cream but it still turned out. I used Velveeta cheese and greek yogurt and it is really good. My husband is the one I am worried about but I believe that he will like it. I served whole wheat honey buscuits with it.

Very tasty. Not as thick as I'd like it so I have to do something different (not sure what...lol) next time. But it was still very good!

fan-freaking-tastic! My husband gave me the knod, grin & smile with his first bite. He said it tasted like it was from the restaurant. My 4y/o & 1 y/o couldn't put their spoons down. GREAT RECIPE. I didn't use the scallions or sour cream & I cooked it in the crock pot..... FANTASTIC! This will be a fall staple @ my house for sure.

This is a VERY good starter recipe. I did however make my own little changes. I used a little less milk, added garlic salt and some slightly mashed up veggies (cauliflower, broccoli and carrots). It is so tasty and will be great once the weather gets colder. This will definitely be a recipe that I will use over and over again. I have even thought about substituting rutabaga for the potatoes because I love those and don't eat them often enough.

Everyone loved the soup. I added a little flour to the butter, onion and celery to thicken the soup a little and it came out perfect.
