I made this for the second time yesterday. It is easy and delicious. I had never made soup up until I tried this recipe, it was so easy. I used a crock pot and doubled the recipe. I also put the bacon and cheese into the soup along with everything else instead of putting it on top.

I was in the mood for some fall soup. This was perfect. Simple to make, good enough for the whole family. Just wish I knew to double the receipe, so we'd have leftovers. :) Yummy!

My husband helped me make this and we both loved it. He took the leftovers to work with him for lunch and he never eats leftovers.

Made this for a progressive party, everyone loved it. Only change I made was to take off the potato peelings. Will make this a lot in the future.

The recipe is great, but it definitely does not serve 6 people. Next time, I would double the recipe.

After I made it the first time and my husband liked it (imagine that, a dinner w/ no main meat dish), I've made it over and over since then. Easy to make, and great taste.

Very Yummy! I loved this. Very easy to make also. I used about twice the potatoes the recipe called for. Will definitely make again.

It was good. I added a little more cheese and I think that made it taste a little better.
