Very good. Not very filling as a meal, but a good side dish. It was very simple to make.

VERY GOOD! I used pre-cooked potatoes and pre-cooked bacon to help save time. I made with One Bowl Chedder Biscuits.

Wonderfully comforting! I did put the soup in a blender to get a smoother consistency and I have to say, with only using two potato's, this is a winner all the way. My entire family loved it!

I actually made this soup for the first time last night. It was amazing. I ended up making a lower fat version of it. Instead of whole milk I used 1% milk. With the bacon, I used turkey bacon. The cheese, I used reduced fat cheese. Everyone in my house didn't even know the difference.

This was delicious with a few changes: I added velveeta and used half and half instead of milk. I also used red potatoes, and white pepper. With the white pepper and a dash of cayenne, this turned out much like restaurant Loaded Potato Soup.

This soup was superb. My family loved it. I gave the recipe to a neighbor and was told it was the best potato soup they had ever had. It's rich, creamy and delicous. Thanks for the recipe, it was great.

Everyone loved this recipe. I substituted red potatoes for the baking potatoes. I heated them up in the microwave before hand, it turned out just fine. I also substituted turkey bacon for the regular bacon. It was a hit with my family. Everyone was calling dibs for the last serving of it!

Very easy recipe. I use precooked bacon (can be found with salad dressings) to make it even easier. The irish soda bread is a nice compliment to this meal.
