I made this for dinner and it was good. I think the next time I will add just a little more milk.

The best. This is a good cool weather meal. My family loved it. Just stated using Vel. cheese. I 41 and will use it for all my soft cheese needs.

This recipe was so easy to make! It was almost as easy to make as boxed mac and cheese. But, it tastes much better!!!!!

I prepared this recipe for an office potluck and it was a hit!!! I ran home during my lunchbreak so it would be nice and hot. I did however make a slight addition. I increased the milk to 1/2 cup instead of the suggested 1/3 cup.

Good change from the plain old mac and cheese. Add lots of diffrent cheeses and top with a sparse layer of bread crumbs for a nice texture
