Having just moved, there are a lot of things not yet unpacked ... such as the reliable old recipes and my loaf pans. With these things happening, I did a few changes to this recipe. I added 2 tsp. of cinnamon and 1 tsp. of nutmeg to spice it up just a little, and baked it in a cake pan for a slightly shorter time. I made it less than a month ago and am making again today for our daughter's birthday cake (at our grandsons' request)!

This is my second time making this delicious Banana Bread! It was so moist that it melted in my mouth. It even stayed moist 3 days after I had made it. Overall it is a great receipe!

I made this today. It was really good. I added another banana, 1 teas. of vanilla and a little more sugar. It was kinda heavy. But it was really good. i would make it again.

My kids loved this recipe! It's going in my recipe book. I think it's one of the best banana bread recipes I've ever tried.

This is a great banana bread recipe! I used the brown sugar and cinnamon swirl cream cheese instead of the plain. It was gone within 12 hours! The bread was very moist. My family loved it!!!!! I will be making this again very soon.

I love this recipe and so does my family. I use banana flavoring or walnut flavoring with the cinnamon cream cheese and it doesn't get a chance to cool down until they are asking for a piece. My oldest grandson has braces and can't have nuts, so the walnut flavoring is a nice alternative...flavor without the crunch.

What a great use for those over-ripe bananas! I used flavored cream cheese (brown sugar cinnamon flavor) for a little variation and it was delicious.....anxious to try other flavors, maybe blueberry? The receipe is easy and family and friends loved it!!!

Tasty and simple recipe. I'd never made banana bread before (nor much else, to be honest) and four loaves later, the people I shared them with still remember it fondly!
