This is by far the best banana bread I have ever made. I also followed the advice of others and added 1 tsp. of banana flavoring as I only had 2 xlarge bananas

I followed the advice of earlier reviewers and added some extra banana and some vanilla. This was by far the most wonderful banana bread I've ever eaten. And something no one else has mentioned: it's also the best looking loaf of bread EVER! It's a large loaf, and puffs up above the confines of the pan. Honestly, this bread deserves its own photo shoot! As for overall quality, my hubby said it was definitely good enough to serve to company or give as gifts, but that he'd pout if he had to share.

We love nuts, so I added an extra cup. It was wonderful. I used three bananas which was about 1/2 more than it called for. The crust was crunchy slightly, and the inside moist and flavorful. Kids to grandpa loved it.

It tastes great! The only complaint is that it's a bit heavier than I expected/

I made it according to the recipe, but it's kinda bland it needs more sugar and a kick of something, I am going to continue to play with the recipe until I can get it to taste. I will say that it turned out very moist!!!

The best banana bread I've ever made. Will never make another recipe again. Can't wait to try chocolate chips in the next batch!
