Not too much sugar but just sweet enough. Bread was very dense and not very banana-y. I recommend checking the bread after 1 hour - mine was a little overdone at an hour and 5 minutes. I may try this again with more banana and some vanilla.

Ive made this twice in a bundt cake pan and it never last more then two days. Very easy and moist.

This is the best Banana Bread I have ever eaten!!! I used 1 c of whole wheat flour, 1 1/4 c all-purpose flour and just loved it!!!! You've gotta try it!

Perfect banana bread. All the staff in 2 departments where I work love this bread and ask for it often. Even my dog loves this bread (stole a whole loaf off the counter as it was cooling - bad puppy!)
