This bread is moist and delicious. Baked up nicely with a rounded top - looks like from a bakery! Might add some chocolate chips next time!

I had ripe bananas and needed a recipe to use them. I found this one and had all the other ingredients on hand. It was a huge hit with the entire family even the kids who are super picky. It is moist with a wonderful flavor and texture.

i love banana bread and this receipe by far is the best one ever. Banana bread cn be on the dry side but the cream cheese in this recipe makes it moist and ooh so good...

I was reluctant to prepare this recipe because I had not previously made banana bread containing cream cheese. However, the result was terrific ... tasty, moist, aromatic, excellent texture. Like others who posted comments, I added pecans instead of walnuts and Kraft Neufchatel (1/3 less fat) cream cheese, rather than the 'regular'variety. I doubled the recipe, which yielded seven lovely gourmet-sized loaves. I gave five of the seven loaves to friends, who raved about the bread and asked for the recipe. Prepare the recipe and then relax with a great cup of tea and enjoy every morsel of this outstanding bread!

This was great. Had to best texture. Dense and rich, not dry like other recipes I've tried.

I make this every year around Christmas and give it out to my friends as a Christmas present. I have not heard one bad thing about my breads. Matter of fact, they look forward to receiving their bread. I love this recipe, takes some time, but is well worth it. Does not last long in this household. I put pecans in it instead of walnuts since I am a pecan freak. Highly recommend this recipe.

I added some pecans instead of walnuts. This banana bread is so moist, it is in deed my favorite.
