What You Need

2-1/4

cups flour

1-1/2

tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder

1/2

tsp. baking soda

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/4

cup butter, softened

cup sugar

cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)

eggs

cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX flour, baking powder and baking soda. Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add bananas and eggs; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in nuts.

POUR into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.

BAKE 1 hour 10 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 min.; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.

Prepare as directed, substituting 4 oz. chopped BAKERS Semi-Sweet Chocolate for the nuts.

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.

How to Soften Cream Cheese

Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.

My entire extended family loved this! It was so easy to make, and incredibly moist! I omitted the nuts with no problems and added a little vanilla.

This bread is really good and is so easy to make. The cream cheese makes it taste so good. I've made it a couple times and everytime, it's delicious!

This is delicious! I have made it a few times and will continue to do so. I didn't have a full brick of cream cheese, only a half so I used that with a 1/2 cup lite sour cream. Very good! Thanks Kraft!

This recipe was excellent! I couldn't find pecans, so I used walnuts. I also didn't have cloves, so I left them out and added more cinnamon and it was delicious!! My husband and I couldn't stop eating it!!
